沛恩的学校要09.50和11.30才放各25分钟小休,所以早上出门前都让她喝杯鲜奶,然后少不了一番讨价还价软硬兼施才意思意思喝点热粥,吃片面包什么的才上学。
这小孩从小不怎挑食也没有特喜欢的食物(垃圾食物除外),但她常有新鲜借口来解释为什么带去的餐盒没吃完。。。比如:今天我不喜欢吃这个那个(这个比较爽快直接),铃声响了来不及吃,葡萄有骨头(籽),份量太多。。。(摇头)(所以说给家里小孩准备营养健康的食物,没有捷径,只需要少许心思加点爱心,时间和多多的耐性。)
